My promise is that I will be there, as questions or issues arise, every step of the way. I have a depth of technical expertise and any techy questions or issues I’m there to support. I am essentially a gun for hire, you can add me into your business as part of your team or I can manage externally, for short term projects or permanent roles 

Ginger Dingo is my personal consultancy.  I have 20 years of technical experience and Project Management expertise. Utilising my holistic understanding of the project management space, I am able to ensure quality and effectiveness in outcomes, demonstrate PMBOK knowledge and extensive technical project experience, specific broadcast expertise, and rise to any challenge. 

As a senior Project Manager and Technical Consultant, I am responsible for the end-to-end Project Management of technical projects and ensuring the successful design and execution of business technology infrastructure for large-scale businesses and events. 

Thanks to a professional history in project management and broadcast engineering within the AV, broadcast and digital media space, I’ve developed extensive industry expertise that I deploy across every aspect of complex ICT systems. Through consistent, practical work with modern systems, expectations and technology, I’ve developed a skillset that’s applicable to both current and future media technologies. My tech know-how teamed with my academic knowledge of project management and hands-on, large-scale PM experience has ensured the highly successful delivery of many complex projects over the last ten years.

With a focus on outcome and growth, I take a flexible approach to every project, thriving in both team-led and autonomous environments. I value collaboration and communication and always work to cultivate and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers and colleagues across all levels of the business, building trust and providing support where necessary. 

My attention to detail means I can successfully plan and prioritise tasks in order to deliver the desired results, all within a fast-paced working environment. 

I am confident in delivering key reports and findings, and have a strong history of adhering to administrative and compliance tasks, ensuring a transparent path of completed and future work for all stakeholders. 

I thrive on the challenge of getting ideas through the process to products and services and have a natural drive to respond quickly to situational change, solving problems with a high emotional intelligence.

My ability to work effectively in challenging and unique situations saw me take on the role of lead broadcast project engineer for the London 2012 Olympics. I’ve also taken on lead project engineer positions on Foxtel, TBS and ABC projects, as well as overseeing the digital asset management implementation for the Australian Open in 2015-2016.
